How to Unlock Where the Waterfalls Meet

Complete Glorious Loong's Pearl

Wuthering Waves - Truthseeker

Where the Waterfalls Meet will automatically become available on your quest list after completing Glorious Loong's Pearl, the first sub-quest of the Exploration Quest called Mirrored Loong's Pearl. This quest is located on the shore, north of Mt. Firmament's Xuanji Ridges.

Activate the Altar of Initiation

Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Altar of Initiation Map Location

To start Where the Waterfalls Meet, teleport to the Huanglong-Mt. Firmament-Tianqu Tree Resonance Beacon and glide down the waterfalls to the northwest of the beacon.

After reaching the basin at the bottom, follow the quest marker to pass through one of the waterfalls into a cave that houses the Altar of Initiation. Activate it, and follow the marker back outside to proceed with the quest.

Connect the Light Path with the Altar of Radiance

Objective
1 Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet First Light Path
To connect the Light Path with the Altar of Radiance, rotate the first Light Path marker twice. Use the grapple points to reach the next marker.
2 Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet Second Light Path
Rotate the second Light Path twice. Use the nearby Leap Device to reach the next marker.
3 Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet Third Light Path
Rotate the third Light Path twice. Use the nearby Leap Device to reach the next marker.
4 Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet Fourth Light Path
Rotate the fourth Light Path twice. Use the nearby Leap Device to reach the next marker.
5 Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet Fifth Light Path
Rotate the fifth Light Path thrice. The light should now connect to the Altar.

Once the Light Path is connected to the Altar of Radiance, use the Leap Device near the fifth marker to quickly reach the Altar.

Align the Pearl With the Dragon's Mouth

Wuthering Waves - Where the Waterfalls Meet Aligning The Orb

After connecting the Light Path to the Altar of Radiance, stand on the marked spot and align the orb with the dragon's mouth. This will finish the quest Where the Waterfalls Meet.
