This Artificial Moon is located just at the tip of the river near the Violet Banyan. Follow the quest marker to its vicinity and retrieve it from there.

Climb to the top of the large tree stump indicated by the quest marker at Wenye Beach and retrieve the Artificial Moon there.

Head over to the quest marker at the edge of the Giant Banyan. You may fast-travel to the Huanglong-Dim Forest-Giant Banyan Resonance Beacon for convenience, and fly down into a cave to find the Artificial Moon.
