Some Echo skills recover your team's HP, and can prove useful especially when in combat.
Hoartoise and Cruisewing are great early-game Echoes that are easy to obtain, and can provide decent healing, should you opt to not add a healer to your team.
You can also recover HP by using Supplies. Supplies that recover HP are usually synthesized, and requires several materials to be turned into HP Recovery Items.

Supplies can be used anytime, so having some HP recovery supplies will come in handy during certain scenarios when you need to recover some HP immediately.
You can also teleport to any Resonance Nexus to recover your team's HP. This is one of the easiest ways to recover a large amount of HP for your team instantaneously, and you can do it for free anytime.
Unlike other games with similar features, the Resonance Nexus does not have a limit, so you can keep coming back to these to recover as much HP as you want!
Despite having basically zero practical use, the Chair with Daunting Aura at the top of the cliff in Shade Ridge recovers HP for the character that sits on the chair.
The chair is basically one of the game's many easter eggs, but having the HP recovery is a nice bonus as you enjoy the scenery!
