Below Tiger's Maw Mine

Lampylumen Myriad is located within the Dust-Sealed Track at the bottom of Tiger's Maw Mine. For how to get to Lampylumen Myriad, fast travel to Tiger's Maw Mine and descend to the bottom of the mine. Look for the ramp going down which will lead you to a room with a hole leading to the Dust-Sealed Track.

Dust-Sealed Track Resonance Beacon

Once in the Dust-Sealed Track, go straight through the underground cave until you find a Resonance Beacon. You can get to Lampylumen Myriad again through this beacon if you're grinding it.
