If this side quest doesn’t appear for you after you return to Shipshape Island from Allsand Island, you may need to progress the story a little bit.

To complete Craft Some Groove Boots, you need to get a Twistee Leaf and a Rumbla Stone. Enemies on Twistee Island can drop Twistee Leaf when battled, while Rumbla Stone can be obtained from enemies in Rumbla Island.

Billdit or Maykit will reward you with the Groove Boots once you complete this quest. This will also be available for purchase at the workshop.
