You can find a Grampy Turnip on Shipshape Island. From Issa Rock's location at the northern part of the map. Head left and go down the wooden bridge.
Head left towards the small town area and up the slope. Jump to reach the ledges until you come across a waterfall and another ledge on the right side.
Use the UFO Spin Bros. Move to reach the opposite ledge and find Grampy Turnip. This particular Grampy Turnip will inform you of any other Grampy Turnips you may have missed across Concordia.

You can find Grampy Turnip on top of the high area west of the item shop in Raynforst Island.

After completing Twistee Island, head north from the starting point. From there, head west towards the Connectar Flowers and pull the turnip in the middle of the area.

The island contains blue and white ramps that you are unable to use when you visit the island for the first time. You will need the Ball Blitz upgrade for the Bro Ball Bros. Move in order to use these ramps.
You can find the Grampy Turnip in the underground area of Bulbfish Island. Unlock a metal gate in front of the entrance with the Spare Key acquired from the guard after progressing the story.

Head east of the second save point and reach the Secret Research Lab. Climb on the platforms at the right side of the lab to reach the Grampy Turnip.

You can find the Grampy Turnip at the circular area filled with other turnips northwest of the second item and gear shops.

There is a hidden room in Soli-Tree that contains 8 Grampy Turnips. The topmost Grampy Turnip in the room is a golden variant that functions the same way as the one in Shipshape Island.
You can find the last Grampy Turnip at the end of the seesaw room in between the green warp pipe on the left and a seesaw on the right.
