Glohm Sharpcask is a boss encountered at the end of Color-Full Sea, Great Lighthouse Island.
Defeating it completes the Glohm Sharpcask Side Quest.

If Glohm Sharpcask successfully lands a hit on you, it will automatically generate a shield that can block up to two attacks before breaking.
To efficiently break Glohm Sharpcask's shield, perform multi-hit Bros. Attacks like the Yoo Who Cannon or Bomb Derby.
These moves hit multiple times, ensuring the shield is destroyed within two hits and allowing the attack to continue, dealing additional damage.

Glohm Sharpcask’s attacks will inflict the Glohmed status ailment on Mario and Luigi, which disables combo moves and Bros. Attacks. To counter this, equip the Auto Ampberry plug to automatically consume an Ampberry whenever a character is inflicted, quickly removing the debuff.
Additionally, the Anti-Spike Specialist plug is highly effective for this fight, as it guarantees critical hits against spiked enemies like Glohm Sharpcask.
When Glohm Sharpcask uses its Regenerating Shell move, activate Luigi Logic to initiate a minigame where you must stack crates while dodging bombs.
Once enough crates are stacked, Sharpcask will be temporarily knocked out, allowing you to unleash heavy damage before it recovers.
Lower Glohmed Sharpcask's HP to around 20%, and it will enter an enraged state, introducing a new attack called Glohmed Barrel Vault.
