Little Lost Toad is a side quest in Mario & Luigi: Brothership that can be started on Merrygo Island after completing Merrygo Island. Read on for a full walkthrough of Little Lost Toad, including its location, unlock requirements, and rewards.

After you complete Merrygo Island, you will be able to find this side quest on Merrygo Island. Talk to Toad at the Plaza in order to start Little Lost Toad.
If this side quest doesn’t appear for you after you return to Shipshape Island from Merrygo Island, you may need to progress the story a little bit.

On Merrygo Island, talk to Toad near the maze entrance to start the quest. He’ll ask for your help in rescuing his friend, who’s lost in the maze.
Head southwest through the maze to locate the Exclamation Mark Block. Jump up the block to lower the green walls in the maze.
Go to the center of the maze. Press L to position Luigi on the glowing yellow wall button, then move Mario to the top of the tower for a better view of the maze.
Press Y to have Luigi hit the button and rotate the maze's purple ring. Continue rotating until you have an opening to the Lost Toad's location.
With the path clear, make your way to the northeast side of the maze to reach the Lost Toad. Upon arrival, you’ll enter a battle with the Snaptors. Use Bros. Attacks that target multiple enemies for a quicker victory!
Defeating the Snaptors will free the Lost Toad and complete the quest.
