Unlock UFO Spin at Florall Island

You can unlock the UFO Spin Bros. Move at Florall Island. Progress through the island until you reach the part where you encounter 2 Toads on the opposite ledge.

Watch the cutscene that activates. Tilt the Right Thumbstick to the right to select UFO Spin and press the X Button to activate and unlock the Bros. Move.

Upgrade to UFO Vacuum at Skorcheen Island

You can unlock the UFO Spin's upgrade, UFO Vacuum, at Skorcheen Island. Progress through the island until you reach the lava fountains that are blocking the two ledges on the opposite sides.

Once the cutscene ends, switch to UFO Spin and hold the X Button to use its new vacuum ability.

Unlock Bro Ball at Lottacoins Island

You can unlock the Bro Ball Bros. Move at the 4th floor of the building in Lottacoins Island.

Once you are on that floor, find the red pipe on the left side of the area and press the A Button to interact with it. This activates a cutscene where you will be prompted to tilt the Right Thumbstick down to unlock and use Bro Ball.

Upgrade to Ball Blitz at Slippenglide Island

You can unlock the Bro Ball's upgrade, Ball Blitz, when you visit Slippenglide Island.

Once you reach the entrance to the lab facility, head left and jump on the ledges until you reach an area where you cannot climb the steep slope due to the wind.

Watch the cutscene that plays and activate Bro Ball to try to climb up the slope. Activate Bro Ball for the second time and press and hold the X Button to accelerate. Release the X Button to launch yourself to the top of the slope.

Unlock Fire and Ice at Heatfreeze Island

You can unlock the Fire and Ice Bros. Move during your second visit to relink Heatfreeze Island. After navigating through the lava section using the UFO Spin, a short cutscene plays of a voice telling you to come over to the north side of the area.

Head north to find an ice shrine on the left and a fire shrine on the right. Press the A Button to interact with it to unlock the Fire and Ice Bros. Move.
