Sara's buffing is similar to Bennett's Elemental Burst mechanics, where their ATK buffs are based on their Total Base ATK (white number), which can be found inside the Stat Details.

Again, this is calculated by the sum of Sara's Base Stats plus her weapon's Base ATK. Therefore, you can build Sara offensively with CRIT and enough Energy Recharge instead, as stacking ATK on artifacts will not increase her buffs.

The only ways to increase her ATK buff are by equipping a weapon with a higher Base ATK, and levelling Sara herself.

This Sara Build allows you to buff your party's ATK and burst your opponents through her skills. Aim for the weapons with the highest base ATK, but also aim for good Energy Recharge as her burst is costly.

If your party already has a 4 piece Noblesse Oblige user, then you can use the 4-piece Emblem of Severed Fate as an alternative.

Sara is mostly a staple for Raiden's Hypercarry team where her buffs are just enough for Raiden's Elemental Burst duration. Raiden also supplies Sara the Energy Recharge she needs to use her burst off-cooldown.

Other Supports like Bennett, Kazuha, or Chevreuse (for Overloaded teams), stack as much buffs as possible with Sara for Raiden's DPS to skyrocket. Because her buffs only last for 6 seconds, try to use her skills last before swapping to Raiden Shogun.

Use Elemental Skill to Buff Allies with Charged Attacks

Elemental Skill: Tengu Stormcall

Sara's Elemental Skill, Tengu Stormcall, allows her to retreat a short distance. Once she's far away, she can use her Charged Attack to shoot a Crowfeather, which triggers an AoE Electro DMG after a delay.

Any active character that stands within the Crowfeather's field of explosion grants an ATK Bonus based on Sara's Base ATK. This cannot be stacked.

Like Bennett's Elemental Burst, Sara's buff scales on her Base ATK, and will not be increased by artifacts. Instead, you can either level Sara up or give her a stronger weapon with high Base ATK to increase its effects!

Ayaka	Kujou Sara of the Tenryou Commission is... not known to smile, and I have had my fair share of disputes with her. She is, however, a loyal servant to Inazuma, there is no question about that.
Ayato	Old man Kujou capitalized on a golden opportunity to create a most formidable weapon indeed. The only flaw in his plan being, he is now no longer able to wield the weapon of his creation.
Gorou	I have nothing good to say about the Shogun's Army, but Kujou Sara is perhaps the most honorable officer among their ranks. We've met each other countless times in battle, emerging both victorious and defeated at different times. 'sigh' I know now that it's not realistic to think this way, but I did use to wonder what things would be like if those like her could value the wishes of the people and be free from the grip of the Shogunate.
Heizou	Madam Kujou Sara? Yeah, that lady's gotta be the most serious person in the entire Tenryou Commission. It would be nice if she could cut us a little slack and give everyone some breathing room - and she's always on my case about my occasional unexplained absences, but what can I say... I just go wherever the evidence leads me.
Itto	You know what, yeah, she beat me during the Vision Hunt Decree. I'm not ashamed to admit it. When you lose, you admit defeat, and when you screw up, you take it on the chin, like a man! And anyway, let's not forget which one of us won't agree to a rematch — her, the tengu warrior! It's just a sumo street fight, I mean, what's she so afraid of? If she keeps snubbing me, I'm gonna have to stop calling her Kujou Tengu and start calling her Kujou Chicken! Heh, we'll see what she thinks of that.
Kazuha	About Kujou Sara: She defeated my friend in a duel before the throne, which I accept as proof of her great strength. So she does have her own ideals that she is fighting for. But I have to wonder: can the Kujou. family flourish as they did before once this storm has passed?
Kirara	I've always wanted to have a chat with the Lady Tengu. Maybe it's because she's the general of the Tenryou Commission, but I find her quite intimidating, so I've only ever watched her from afar. I—I'm just curious about her wings, you know? Are they ever an inconvenience? How does she deal with shedding feathers? Mm... Speaking of the feathers, I think lining my box with them would be super comfy.
Kokomi	Mmm... I must admit, Kujou Sara is an opponent that cannot be taken lightly. She seldom employs cunning strategy, but her performance in open warfare is always admirable. The Shogun's Army places great trust in her abilities - they are united and ready to fight valiantly under her command, even to the death. Her forces have been a serious threat to the resistance on multiple occasions.
Shinobu	Madam Kujou? Yes, she's a friend of mine. Hmm? You're surprised that I know her? Oh, you must've misunderstood, I knew her from before I joined the Arataki Gang. Heh, in fact, it's hard to tell who's the winner whenever we spar.
Thoma	The Tenryou Commission General... Mm... Make sure to be extra careful if you have any dealings with her. She has a lot of power in her hands, and she's not very open to persuasion. Smiling and batting your eyelids certainly won't get you anywhere with her.
Yae Miko	Not the sharpest tengu in the forest — she certainly didn't inherit the brilliant mind of daddy tengu, that's for sure. *sigh How shall I put this? I suppose being blunt and dispensing with tact has its own advantages... But I do hope that the next time she visits the shrine, she keeps to herself. I've got better things to do than answer her incessant questions about Ei.
Yoimiya	Due to public safety and fire, hazard-related concerns, I often get whisked off to the Tenryou Commission's place for a lecture. Kujou Sara's probably the most reasonable of the bunch. At least she'll hear me out before passing any judgment. If I'm in the right, she'll acknowledge my. perspective, and if I'm wrong... Hehe, then I'll get Thoma to come and help me apologize to her!

Ayaka	About Ayaka In the Kujou household, normally the only sound to be heard is that of soldiers training in the dojo. But in the Kamisato household, there is the sound of music, dance, bickering, and laughter... I have heard that Miss Kamisato is skilled in the game of Go, and have always hoped for an occasion to pay her a visit, but... I also worry that someone of a serious demeanor like myself may not quite fit in there.
Gorou	About Gorou Gorou is to Sangonomiya Kokomi as I am to the Raiden Shogun. He is fiercely loyal, and I have great respect for this. It's a shame we're on opposing sides, so we'll never get to work together... Still, I am glad to have an admirable foe. Also... I hear he's a fifth-born son. That just makes it even better.
Heizou	About Heizou Shikanoin and I may be colleagues, but I have few positive words to say about him. He seems preoccupied with his personal schemes while official duties take second place. The only reason I have not sought to bring him into line so far is that his investigations deliver results... 'sigh' He is such a headache.
Itto	About Itto Tsk... I can't help but get a little irate when his name comes up. Then again, perhaps not.
Raiden	About Raiden Trust: As I'm sure you've heard many times before, the Almighty Shogun seeks Eternity — an existence beyond the dominion of thought and longing. "Abandon mortal ties, strive for an unchanging Eternity"... The Almighty Shogun's manner is always resolute, and I do not always fully grasp the meaning of her words. But this is her decision, and I trust her. Service: So, the Vision Hunt Decree was repealed... Yes, it seems that you were right. ...Ahem, but this is not to say that the Almight Shogun made a mistake. She has simply chosen eternity by a different route. I do not know whether the Shogun has finally found inner peace after protecting Inazuma over these millennia. All I know is that however perilous the road ahead may become, I will follow her as I have always done.
Shinobu	About Shinobu With her talent and qualifications, it's a shame she decided to join the Arataki gang. Thoma	About Thoma The Tenryou Commission’s estate is very large. It would serve us well to have a fine housekeeper like Thoma who could keep all the numerous and disparate household affairs in order. Yae Miko	About Yae Miko Guuji Yae's actions often leave me with many questions... Nevertheless, the fact that she is the head shrine maiden of the Grand Narukami Shrine clearly shows the level of trust and approval that the Shogun places in her, and for this reason I also greatly respect her. But... if there ever comes a day when she disobeys the Shogun's will, then please accept my apologies in advance.
Yoimiya	About Yoimiya As long as she's not setting off fireworks in my camp, I will cause her no trouble.
