The 4-piece set effect is powerful due to its boost on Electro DMG and Electro-related reactions.
Triggering Electro-Charged, Overloaded, and Superconduct will also decrease the CD of the Elemental Skill by 1s as well as increasing the damage.

• Lisa is a master of electro-related reaction especially since her main stat is Elemental Mastery so the 4-piece set would boost her DMG and even decrease her Elemental Skill's CD. |
 Fischl
|
• Fischl's overall Electro damage will increase in the 2-piece set and applying Electro-related reactions would scale her damage. • In addition, since Fischl's elemental skill has a long CD, triggering reactions will decrease its CD. |
 Beidou
|
• Beidou's main stat is Electro DMG Bonus so a 2-piece set would scale her damage further. |
 Razor
|
• Using the 2-Piece Set on Razor increases the Electro DMG dealt by his Elemental Skill and Burst. This allows you to equip a different 2-Piece Set to increase his Physical DMG. |
 Keqing

• Keqing's Electro DMG when she uses her elemental burst or skill will get more powerful through the 2-piece set effect. |
 Cyno
|

Effects with a * can both be a set value and a percentage. For Example: ATK +10, ATK+10%
You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
Thundering Fury can be obtained from the Bosses or Domains below.

This benefits other non electro characters too who wants short Elemental skill CD when its Electro-Charged, Overloaded, and Superconduct. Just ignoring electro dmg by 2 pcs so focusing at 4pcs and aformentioned reactions made by electro/dendro and etc characters is a must on a team.
