How to Build Lynette

Lynette can be built on either Elemental Mastery or Anemo DMG and CRIT stats. Elemental Mastery will increase her Swirl DMG, while Anemo DMG and CRIT will focus on her personal DMG.

Lynette can use the Viridescent Venerer set to shred Enemy RES. Lynette can also use the Noblesse Oblige or the Emblem of Severed Fate to increase her Elemental Burst DMG.

The Viridescent Venerer debuffer build is best for Lynette to increase team damage for Pyro, Cryo, Electro, or Hydro parties. If you have a DPS manning the front lines and want to increase their DMG, this build is for you.

Pumping Lynette full of Elemental Mastery is key for this build. Not only will it maximize her Swirl DMG, but also provide Elemental buffs to your other party members using this set!

Lynette's strongest asset is her Elemental Burst, which is able to deal a summative amount of DMG even when she's off the field. You may use Viridescent Venerer if you wish to promote team damage more than her personal damage.

Should you wish to have Lynette deal high DMG without relying on elemental absorption, it would be best to focus on ATK and CRIT stats and weapons and aim for Elemental Mastery only as a substat.

Lynette Talent Priority

Lynette's Elemental Burst is her crowning glory, with a flashy Elemental Skill capable of covering a lot of ground as quickly as possible.

The Bogglecat Box she summons through her Burst will stay on the field even if she leaves, which makes her perfect for coordinating attacks with other party members and eliminating waves of enemies in the shortest amount of time.

When characters with Freedom-Sworn trigger Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion (once every 0.5s). This triggers even if they aren't on the field. When you reach 2 Sigils, they will be consumed which grants nearby party members 20% ATK and 16% Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG for 12s. Once triggered, you gain no Sigils for 20s. The same buffs from the Millennial Movement series does not stack.
2nd	Primordial Jade Cutter	Base ATK: 542 Bonus Stat: CRIT Rate 44.1% Skill Effect: HP increased by 20%. Additionally, provides an ATK Bonus based on 1.2% of the wielder’s Max HP.
3rd	Wolf-Fang	Base ATK: 510 Bonus Stat: CRIT Rate 27.6% Skill Effect: DMG dealt by Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst is increased by 16%. When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, its CRIT Rate will be increased by 2%. When an Elemental Burst hits an opponent, its CRIT Rate will be increased by 2%. Both of these effects last 10s separately, have 4 max stacks, and can be triggered once every 0.1s.

This Rainbow-Swirl team maximizes Lynette's first ascension passive, and her Elemental Burst to take your elemental damage to the next level! And being an Anemo character, she can easily Swirl these elements to ensure consistent damage in a massive AoE.

Lynette acts as the main DPS of the team, while Xiangling and Ganyu serve as the Sub-DPS who can apply their corresponding elements easily. Kokomi provides top-tier sustain thru her heals, as well as excellent Hydro application for the team!

This Perma-Freeze team utilizes Lynette's excellent off-field potential, which converts her into an Anemo-driver who constantly Swirls Hydro or Cryo, to set an excellent field for Freeze.

Since Ayato and Ganyu already make for an awesome Freeze duo, Lynette helps them increase the uptime of either of their skills thru Swirl to maximize their damage. Kokomi, on the other hand, provides sustain, and an additional off-field Hydro applicator!

Although this Vape-team hinges on Lynette's excellent potential in elemental reaction teams, Hu Tao acts as the main-DPS who consistently triggers Vaporize with Yelan. Zhongli ensures Hu Tao stays alive throughout the rotation, while Lynette buffs elemental DMG!

Just like the Rainbow-Swirl team, this team-comp also maximizes Lynette's first ascension passive and burst, but keep in mind that this team's caveat is that it works better against single-enemies than with mobs!

Lynette has decent DMG scaling and will be able to provide ample contribution to the team's overall DMG output. However, she performs significantly better with her constellations active.

Anemo Infusion at C6

Should you be lucky enough to get Lynette to C6, she will be a viable option as a main Anemo DPS and open up more options for her builds, as her C6 will give her weapon an Anemo Infusion after every use of her Elemental Skill.

Makes for Good Anemo Support

Lynette will highly likely be your first character from Fontaine as she can be acquired for free once you reach Adventure Rank 25. Her Elemental Skill is akin to that of Yelan's, where she enters an agile state and moves swiftly around the battlefield.

Apart from that, her Elemental Burst coordinates well with the attacks of other party members, and is extremely useful for crowd control situations. If diversity is the name of your game, then Lynette is very much worth the pull!

Shines in Diverse Teams

Based on her talents and passives, Lynette shines bright in elementally diverse teams, being able to carry those elements and throw them all over the battlefield! It's best to keep elemental absorption in mind if you wish to take advantage of this!

Two Elemental Skill Modes

Lynette's Elemental Skill have two different ways to toggle, and whether the skill is pressed or held, different effects will occur!

Press Mode

During the press mode, Lynette simply strikes an enemy using her Enigma Thrust.

Hold Mode

During the hold mode, Lynette will enter a high-speed Pilfering Shadow state, and will apply a Shadowsign mark to a nearby enemy. When Lynette exits this mode, she quickly strikes the marked enemy with an Enigma Thrust.

Upon usage, this skill will restore some of Lynette's HP, but for 4 seconds after usage, she will lose a certain amount of HP per second.

Elemental Burst

Elemental Burst - Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift

Lynette summons a Bogglecat Box that taunts enemy attacks, drawing enemy aggression to it. This cat-box also deals Anemo DMG at fixed intervals in a certain AoE. When the box touches other elements, it fires-off elemental attacks of the absorbed element.

This is a good talent to have for off-field DMG support!

Passive Talent 1

Improves Lynette's Supportive Capabilities

In a rainbow team, this ensures that every unit gets a 20% ATK increase, giving a much-needed bonus in teams that need it during their rotations!

Passive Talent 2

Synergizes Effectively with Viridescent Venerer

When running Lynette with Virisdescent Venerer, this ensures that on top of shredding the Elemental RES off enemies with the absorbed element, Lynette herself provides more off-field damage.

Arlecchino	Lynette's uniquely calm personality is also her strength, and I believe she is more than clever enough to recognize that. She is an irreplaceable part of that little team of three, and I would imagine that role brings her much joy. As her "Father," my duty is merely to give her the space to put those talents to good use.
Charlotte	No matter what question you pose to her, Lynette just calmly lowers her eyes with an expressionless look on her face. It's like she's some sort of... clockwork doll. I'm really tempted to write an article titled something like: "The Genius Magician's Puppet Assistant: Magic's Best-Kept Secret"... but I have a sneaking suspicion that even that wouldn't get a reaction out of her.
Chiori	The magician's assistant sure doesn't say much, but I know she trusts me. You know, I sure get a lot of love from cats...
Freminet	If you assigned Lyney and Lynette with the same mission, they'd both do an outstanding job. But not me. Lynette is always comforting me, saying that everyone has their strengths, and how everyone relies on me to fix things around the house when they break down... If only I was half as good at anything else.
Furina	Of course I know Lyney and Lynette. I used to frequently attend their magic shows. Though they're very popular, they're still much less popular than me. Only my performances would draw a completely sold-out crowd... even standing tickets would be out. But now... Uh... I've already decided to hang up my acting career, so it's perfectly normal for my popularity to decline!

There's no hardship we can't overcome as long as we're together, and similarly, we share all our joys with each other. Navia	I know magicians can often be all bravado and razzmatazz, but I can tell that Lyney is a sincere guy who cares deeply about his friends and family. He's so mature for his age, it catches me off guard sometimes... Oh, and how could I forget - it was so kind of him to try and cheer up the children in Poisson with an impromptu free magic show during the flood! I'll have to invite him and Lynette over some macarons at my place when I get the chance. Iknow Lynette's always conjuring teacupsout of thin air, so surely at least she's a fan of a proper tea break?

The way she persistently asked even after Lyney rejected her all those times, I really have to commend her perseverance. Too bad for her, though... despite preparing all those questions, I never answered a single one.
Chiori	About Chiori The costumes Lyney and I wear for performances were specially tailored by Chiori. Once, Lyney was using a small knife for a magic trick, and accidentally cut the cuff of his sleeve a bit. She scolded us nonstop... it was scary. Luckily, I can hide behind Lyney whenever we go to her shop.
Clorinde	About Clorinde I was once ordered to observe a duel of hers. Even just as a bystander, the coldness radiating from her was absolutely chilling... I don't know what it would be like to face her directly in a duel, and I hope I will never find out.
Emilie	About Emilie Her perfume products are so popular that you have to get in line before the break of dawn to have a chance at snapping any up. However, I'm far too sensitive to the smell of perfume, and it's really rude to sneeze... so I have to take the long way around.
Freminet	About Freminet He is a delicate and gentle child, but also tends to belittle himself... perhaps due to his previous experiences. Sometimes he feels like the antithesis of Lyney... but since they're both family, when their opinions clash, I will bridge their differences.
Furina	About Furina Lady Furina's behavior is incredibly hard to explain, and I can't discern any useful intelligence from observing her. I always feel like her every move and action is an act, and she is playing different people... She truly is an Archon, one cannot apply the logic of ordinary humans to her.
Lyney	About Lyney Unspoken Understanding: I have always been together with Lyney, and we can tell what the other is thinking without speaking. Thus, he tends to be more quiet than normal when we are alone. Hmm? Can I tell when he's lying or telling the truth? Of course I can, but this matter is top secret. Worries: To be updated soon!
Navia	About Navia Though she's the new president of Spina di Rosula, her style is more like the nosy big sister next door. If we really had a sister like her in the ''House of the Hearth,'' that would be really great... I know I probably shouldn't be wishing for anyone to be an orphan, but...
