How to Increase Stamina

Upgrade Statues of the Seven in any Region

Genshin - Statue of Seven offerings can increase stamina limit
Increase the Status of the Seven's level to increase your stamina. As of Version 5.0, you can level any Statue of the Seven in Teyvat to increase your stamina. The stamina limit is currently 240.

Prior to Version 5.0, the only Statues of the Seven that can grant an increase in Stamina were the ones found in Liyue and Mondstadt.

Use the Corresponding Oculi to Upgrade the Statues

Genshin - Gather and Offer Oculi
To increase your Statue of the Seven's level, you need to offer Oculi items, which can be found scattered all over Teyvat. Each region has corresponding oculus types that their Statue needs!

When you're near an Oculus, a star will appear on your mini-map to help you pinpoint its location. You can also check out our Oculus map guides here:

How to Use Stamina

Perform Certain Actions in the Open World

Actions That Use Stamina

Sprinting

Climbing

Swimming

Gliding

Charged Attack(Press and Hold the Normal Attack Button)

There are several actions that consume stamina, such as Sprinting, Climbing, Swimming, Gliding, and using a Charged Attack. When you're consuming Stamina, it shows up as a yellow bar beside your character.

Stamina replenishes passively when not in use.

Increase Stamina to Perform These Actions More Often

Increasing your stamina increases the amount of time you can do these actions continuously. Increasing stamina is a high priority!

So I leveled the geo statues to lvl but noticed no increase on my stamina bar at all, am I paranoid? It was about 22 stamina points mind you but i felt the level from the wind statue where far more noticable on the stamina bar.
