Viewpoint 1: The Lovely Legends of Petrichor

This viewpoint is located in Petrichor, near the Statue of the Seven.

Viewpoint 2: Stage of Faded Gold

Located on the middle level of the Faded Castle, near the teleport waypoint.

Viewpoint 3: Secret Locale of the Ancient Order

Located on the north side of the Faded Castle, past the teleport waypoint.

Viewpoint 4: Slumbering Eternal City

This viewpoint is located south-west of Initium Iani, perched atop the giant pink mushroom.

Viewpoint 5: Where Only the Bell Tolls

This viewpoint is found inside the Portus Anticus, past the enormous bell.

Viewpoint 6: Harmony's Shadow

Can be seen inside the cave in Collegium Phonascorum, near the entrance.

Viewpoint 7: The End of An Ancient Dream

This viewpoint is only available after completing the Canticles Harmony quest and is located near the steps in the Domus Aurea.

Viewpoint 8: Gradus ad Capitolium

This viewpoint is located in the end of Golden Aqueducts, next to a teleport waypoint. It can only be found after rebuilding the Golden Aqueducts with Scylla in the Gradus ad Capitolium quest.

This viewpoint is also available only after completing the Canticles Harmony quest and is located within Sacellum Requietis.

Viewpoint 1: The Drunkard's Ship

The Rusty Rudder

This viewpoint is located on the beach near the Rusty Rudder, just west of Foggy Forest Path. It's also near some metal flooring on the beach.

Viewpoint 2: A Distant Harbor

Lumidouce Harbor

This viewpoint is located on a small cliff that faces Lumidouce Harbor, just a few feet from the Harbor's stone railing.

Viewpoint 3: Erinnyes's Watery Weeping Willow

Weeping Willow of the Lake

This viewpoint is located on a small cliff, facing the Weeping Willow of the Lake. From the Teleport Waypoint, just head southwest until you see a small cliff.

Finish The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes

To unlock this viewpoint, you need to first finish The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes World Quest! It's a quest chain where you meet a Melusine and help her find all three Teardrop Keys to restore Erinnyes Forest back to its pristine self.

Genesis of a Certain Micro-Universe

This viewpoint can be obtained during the start of the Savior's Wake World Quest. It's on a carpet and near a wooden table with books and a candlestick in the Narzissenkreuz Ordo area.

Viewpoint 5: Tower of Gestalt

Morte Region

You can obtain the Tower of Gestalt viewpoint on the southermost point of Erinnyes Region, located by the edge of the dock, the same place where Free Verse can be started. Use the Waypoint south of the region to easily go there!

Fontaine 4.1 Viewpoint Locations

Viewpoint 1: A Sea of Exile

Liffey Region

This viewpoint is located underwater to the north of the Liffey Region Statue of Seven, on top of a big coral.

Viewpoint 2: The Copper Keep

Administrative Area

This viewpoint is located underground in the Fortress of Meropide.

How to Get to Viewpoint 2

This perspective is easily viewpoint by entering the underwater tunnel in the Liffey Region. If you haven't started the Unfinished Comedy yet, a cutscene will play upon entering; following the cutscene, you will be taken to the exact area of the viewpoint.

Viewpoint 3: The Remnants of Brilliant Wisdom

Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic

This viewpoint is within a wrecked building west of the Experimental Field Generator boss location.

This viewpoint is located near the Hilichurl Camp, east of the Central Laboratory Ruins. The viewpoint faces the large mechanism in the center of the camp.

This viewpoint is only available after finishing the world quest Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles. The exact location of the viewpoint will appear near the teleport waypoint in Central Laboratory Ruins.

Viewpoint 1: Scenery Within Elynas' Depths

"A Very Warm Place"

The first viewpoint is located in "A Very Warm Place" within the island of Elynas, in the land of Melusines. You will encounter this viewpoint upon making your way to Merusea Village during the Ancient Colors World Quest.

Viewpoint 2: Scenery Within Elynas' Deepest Depths

"A Very Warm Place"

Another viewpoint in "A Very Warm Place", this one can only be accessed after Mamere's World Quest Line and completing its final quest, Blue Longing of Heart and Moon. From the Teleport Waypoint, make your way to Elynas's heartand the viewpoint should be there.

Viewpoint 3: Foamy Home

Merusea Village

This viewpoint is located just by the entrance of Merusea Village. Upon entering the village from "A Very Warm Place", you should be able to spot this no problem.

Viewpoint 4: Ancient Conch Melody of Yore

"A Very Bright Place"

This hidden viewpoint is in front of the giant underwater conch in "A Very Bright Place" in the land of Melusines. This viewpoint can only be unlocked after completing the Echoes of the Ancient World World Quest.

Viewpoint 5: Where Dark Tides Echo

Poisson

You can encounter this viewpoint upon entering the Spina Di Rosula Headquarters in Poisson and as you make your way to the ship in the middle of the area.

Viewpoint 6: Sunken Glory

Institute of Natural Philosophy

This viewpoint located in the underwater entrance to the Institute of Natural Philosophy. The easiest way to access this area is by doing the Aqueous Tidemarks World Quest.

Viewpoint 7: Court of Dew and Springs

Court of Fontaine: Vasari Passage

This is another viewpoint that's very hard to miss. Upon entering the Court of Fontaine from the Romaritime Harbor, make your way behind the central fountain and you should see the viewpoint from there.

Viewpoint 8: Land of Corroded Shadows and Tainted Currents

Court of Fontaine: Fleuve Cendre

This viewpoint is located in the underground sewers of Fontaine. To access this area, simply turn left from the Court's Vasari Passage and look for a ramp going down.

Viewpoint 9: Seaworn Cavern

Salacia Plain

This viewpoint is located underwater in front of Elynas' skull. You will encounter this viewpoint directly after riding the current from "A Very Lonely Place" as it will push you out of the skull's mouth.

Viewpoint 10: Erinnyes' Whirling Dance

Fountain of Lucine

Another hard-to-miss viewpoint, this one is located just in front of the Fountain of Lucine.

Viewpoint 11: Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale

Opera Epiclese

The next viewpoint is in the Opera House, and is very hard to miss. The viewpoint will be on the raised balcony above the stands and overlooking the entire auditorium.

Viewpoint 12: Narzissenkreuz Kingdom

Annapausis

This viewpoint is located at the entrance of Annapausis. The easiest way to come upon this viewpoint is by starting the Oceanid Ann's questline.

Viewpoint 13: Graveyard of Ships

Elton Trench, Beryl Region

This viewpoint is a little tricky to find, as you will have to find a secret hideout to the southmost part of Fontaine's underwater map, in the Elton Trench of the Beryl Region. The easiest way to access this area is by completing the World Quest A Fontanian Message.

The following viewpoints will come after each quest Salsa gives you in the Good Stuff, but Terrible Taste World Quest line. After each quest, the viewpoint will be exactly where Salsa's easel used to be.

Viewpoint 14: Morning in the Beryl Mountains, Clear Weather

West of Elynas

This viewpoint comes after Salsa's first quest to the west of the island of Elynas with the three Water Volume Detecting Crystal puzzle, one of which will be in the middle of the road.

Viewpoint 15: Fontaine Hot Springs

Central Elynas

This viewpoint comes after Salsa's second quest to the center of Elynas, near a hot spring and by an old house with the Pneumousia Lantern puzzle.

Viewpoint 16: The Seaside Village

Southeast of Elynas

This viewpoint comes after Salsa's third quest to the southeast of Elynas, atop a hill and under a Hydroculus, overlooking a Pneumousia Relay puzzle.

Viewpoint 17: View from Mont Automnequi

West Slopes of Mont Automnequi

This viewpoint comes after Salsa's fourth quest in the West Slopes of Mont Automnequi, in the open field with the second water crystal puzzle.

Viewpoint 18: Memories of Mont Esus

Northwest of the Court of Fontaine

This final viewpoint comes after Salsa's fifth quest to the northwest of the Court of Fontaine, under an aquabus line and after the puzzle with the Anemo Windmills.
