The elemental reactions within 4pcs thundering fury can do 40% DMG + 20% DMG by aggravate. Not to mention decreasing 1s CD at the same time per reaction. This is hugely GREAT for any Electro characters.

This benefits other non electro characters too who wants short Elemental skill CD when its Electro-Charged, Overloaded, and Superconduct. Just ignoring electro dmg by 2 pcs so focusing at 4pcs and aformentioned reactions made by electro/dendro and etc characters is a must on a team.
