I'll fix this for you. In order to get the skins, you have to pay $300-$400 USD for a CHANCE to have the skins show up in the loot crates. This is just another Gatcha lootbox scam. This "game" is a cash grab, as it has already proven it is slowly dieing out. Over 65% of the servers are all but empty.
