The contents of each crate are randomized to a certain degree for each player.

You can find the Weapon Crate in the same ship as the Mystical Crate. You have to go to the lower decks of the ship and go through the water. There will be a room on your left where the Weapon Crate is.

Near the Rift Anchor, there is a building on the right. Go the balcony and climb your way to the roof where the Gear Crate will be near sandbags.

This Gear Crate is located on the southeast most building of the town of Harborside. There are a set of stairs that is submerged, if you dive under the crate will be in the room.

In the ship in the southernmost part of Harborside, you can climb up to the ship using the crates on the side. You will find the Mystical Crate by going up the first set of stairs you see.

Harborside Rift Anchor Location

Near Collapsed Bridge

The Rift Anchor is near the collapsed bridge of Harborside. It is on the side of the town next to a red house.

Harborside Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

East Side of Town

On the east side of Harborside, you will find the crate if you use your Spacetime on top of the hill.
