The Cultist's treasure is found inside a house in the Believer Colony in the Chalk Peak Region at the coordinates (2228, -4922). The closest settlement is the Tall Grass Inn to the east.

Note that the enemies in the Believer Colony are level 35 so you may have to farm XP if you're behind. Consider asking for help from other high level players or sneaking your way to the treasure.

Start the Lost in Madness quest by illuminating the red candle in BN Mart at Coastside Plaza. When you light the candle, a crate will appear containing a map that points to the location of the Cultist's treasure.
