Find the stairs going down to the tunnels. This will be in the area across from the white barn. Keep on following the path until you reach another flight of stairs. Go down and into the room you will find the Weapon Crate on the floor.

Southeast of the location marker for Sutherland Family Orchard is a large white barn. Once you go inside, you will see what appears to be a Gear Crate; this is actually a Morphic Crate - a mimic, if you will. The real Gear Crate can be found in the farthest room on the second floor of the barn.
