Found in the large building in the center of the Sutherland Chemical Plant. You have to go to the second floor then go inside the room, where there is another set of stairs. Go up and you will see the crate in the middle of machines.

The Gear Crate is located on the structure near the containers north of Sutherland Chemical Plant. You can use a container to boost your way up to the top where the crate is. It is being guarded by a Rainfall Reaper, so be careful.

This Gear Crate is located the packaging building, next to the containers where the first Gear Crate is located. You can find it in the corner on the opposite side of the entrance of the building.

The Mystical Crate is located on the large building same as the Weapon crate, inside of a fenced room. You can find an elevator on the opposite side of the entrance and get to the fenced off area from there.

Near the Lake

The Rift Anchor is near the lake, just north of the water tanks on the south are of Sutherland Chemical Plant.

Sutherland Chemical Plant Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

On the Platform

You can find the morphic crate on the platform near the northern road near the gear crate. Use the tank to climb up to the platform.
