Located in an underground chamber. You can find stairs leading down inside the barn in the northeast of Furnace Lair.

You can find this gear crate inside a storage building across the street from the train yard in the southwest. You will find it on the second floor inside the control room.

The gear crate can be found inside a red train segment inside the train yard buillding. You can use the platform to climb inside, it will be next to wooden crates.

This mystical crate can be found on the platform above the train yard building. Yoiu can reach it through either climbing the tank segment then climb to the ledge attached to the platform or using the train outside to climb to the roof.

Furnace Lair Morphic Crate Location

Morphic Crates can be detected using the flashing indicator on your Cradle. When you are near a Morphic Crate, the indicator will blink yellow. Its blinking intervals will speed up the closer you get to the crate. Press Q to reveal the crate. Kill it to collect its contents.

Office of the Mechanic Shop

The morphic crate can be found on the office in the mechanic shop to the east of Furnace Lair. You will have to use Spacetime to see the crate.
