Located inside a Clam in Morte Region

The Freeman's Announcement map is inside a clam which can be found in the yellow underwater area of the world map.

How to Get Freeman's Announcement Treasure

Go to the "The Rusty Rudder"

Genshin - Freeman

Head over to a ship called "The Rusty Rudder" in the Erinnyes Forest. Go to the platform nearest to the beach waters.

Freeman's Announcement Puzzle Solution

From the platform near the beach, douse the torch nearby with Hydro. Afterwards, go to the other side of the ship and use Pyro to ignite the torch.

Finally, head over to the torch with crates beside them and douse it with Hydro to gain access to the Precious Chest!
