How to Defeat Dobharcu Lord of the Hidden

Absorb the Sonar Wave Ability

Before you head to Dobharcu's actual location, find a Xenochromatic Blubberbeast nearby to absorb their Sonar Wave Ability! To absorb this ability, hold your basic attack and target the blue blubberbeasts with a wave-like symbol near them.

You have two charges with the Sonar Wave ability which replaces your character Elemental Skill button. You can hold to aim or just tap to unleash short bursts of sonar waves!

Dodge to Pinpoint Location

Dobharcu can disappear and attack you with Sonar Waves unseen. You can use the direction from where the waves come from to pinpoint Dobharcu's location. Once found, you can use your own aimed Sonar Waves at them to reveal their location!

Get Close to Hit Dobharcu

Note that Sonar Waves are slow so it's easy to dodge but it'll also be hard to hit Dobharcu with it if you're attacking from far away. You must get close to Dobharcu's Sonar Wave attacks and aim at the Sonar Waves themselves to reveal the enemy!

This is where the mobility of medium or short characters comes in handy, so you can dodge even while being close to the attacks!

Dobharcu Lord of the Hidden is in the Chemin de L'Espor in the waters of The Great Fontaine Lake! It's near the cavern featured in the Narzissenkreuz Adventure.

Respawns at Server Reset

Just like most overworld enemies, you will have to wait until the next day for Dobharcu to respawn. After defeating Dobharcu, you can fight them again after the next server reset.
