    Yes, if characters with this set are in your team, but not on field, they will gain stacks even you are not in fight.

    "When off the field, the character gains 1 stack every 3s." Just wondering but, does this apply even when out of combat exploring the map ? In which case I may as well explore with anyone except my Itto or Gorou, so that they have their stacks up when starting a fight.
