You can get the Rainbow Rose's Ideals by collecting all 8 Secret Treasure Maps and treasures in Fontaine's Morte Region . Once you collect all the treasures indicated in the Secret Treasure Maps, the Rainbow Rose's Ideals will automatically form in your Inventory.
Players also get a hidden achievement titled 'À la volonté du peuple'!
