Upon going to the quest start location, rescue Rana from the Fungi enemies. Follow Rana to the location of the Withering Zone afterwards.
Clear out your first Withering Zone by using a Charged Attack or Aimed Shot to the red branches with the help of a Dendrogana. Afterwards, approach the Tumor of the Witherign and destroy it.
With Rana, go around Vimara Village and talk with the children to know more about them and the mysterious happenings. Afterwards, leave the village to get the next quest.
Follow the path of the objective until you reach the second Withering Zone. The locations of the Withering Branches are closer this time.
Another Withering Zone can be seen south of the river. One of the branches may be hard to notice, so try to defeat them first.
With Rana fighting alongside you, defeat all Spinocrodiles in the river. Go with Rana to the camp afterwards.
Head to the river and scour for the three Firewood locations. You'll only need to investigate the glowing items on the ground to get them. Afterwards, light up the fire with Pyro.
In a cave entrance not far east, you can find Iotham on the lowest area surrounded by another Withering Zone. Simply clear this location as usual and head to the next objective location. You can use the Four-Leaf Sigils to get up easier. Return to Vimara Village afterwards.

Upon returning from Vimara Village to the cave, follow the green traces that looks like the trail you see from an Elemental Sight. This will lead you outside the cave. You can find Rana inside a house, with her body encased inside a green orb.

After talking to Amadhiah, use the Waverider nearby and sail from Vimara Village to Vanarana. You won't be able to open the Statue of the Seven there yet.
Head to the center of the area and equip your Vintage Lyre gadget. Play the Rhythm of the Great Dream near the arc. The button sequence will light up for you, so simply play the beat as instructed.
Stand in the middle of the arc until the Trial of the Phantasmal Gate commences. Collect all 15 particles around the area within the time limit. By following the trail of the Phantasmal Seeds, you can find all particles in no time!
Head to the green stone with a sapling growing on its top and play the Rhythm of the Great Dream once more. This will change your current realm. You can also open up the Statue of the Seven at this point.
Defeat the fungi near the Phantasmal Gate, destroy the rock that blocks the entrance of the Aranara house next to it, and clear out all enemies that surrounds the far house. Then, talk to Arama and defeat the Whopperflowers below him.
After talking to Arama, change the realm again by playing the Lyre on the Silapna. Talk to Araja inside his house by the waterfall north afterwards.
At this point, you'll need to complete various quests in Sumeru's Rainforest area before you can proceed. Check your progress in your Forest Adventure Journal until all tasks under the Dream Nursery has been completed. These are the following:
After all Aranara have been helped, return to Rana's location south of Vimara Village. You'll be automatically teleported to Vanarana afterwards.

After talking to Arama, head south to the Fane of Ashvattha.
If you haven't drained the water in this location, you'll have to activate two underground Cube Mechanisms in a cave nearby to access this location. You can check the guide below for more information:
Fane of Ashvattha How to Unlock
After talking to Arama you'll be transported to a new dimension and a Withering Zone. Simply remove the Withering Zone as usual, but be careful of the Rifthounds.
Simply walk forward and head to the next location until it transports you back to the Fane of Ashvattha.
Follow Arama into the very corrosive area of Old Vanarana, and find three Inscriptions of Remembrance inside abandoned Aranara houses. Stay within Arama's protective circle to protect yourself against Decay.
After collecting all Inscriptions, follow Arama once more into the hole. Arama will open the passage for you. Head straight until you find the sand room.
Once there, you will be tasked to clear out The Withering, except in this case, no branches nor Dendrograna can be found. Simply wait for Arama to destroy The Withering themselves to complete this section.
Explore around the sand area and destroy all Seven Seals by burning them with Pyro. You'll need to use your Vintage Lyre to open up some passages and find the others.
Attempt to defeat the Ruin Grader twice, but it'll regenerate by itself. Once more, Arama will destroy the Ruin Grader for you.
After dropping down, check all the murals and objects around you to investigate this area. In total, there are nine objects that you'll need to find:
Afterwards, leave Aramuhukunda's abode and go to the new passage and prepare for a boss fight.
While controlling the Traveler, defeat Marana's Avatar by clearing out The Withering Zones with Arama. Afterwards, return to the arena and bring it down to a low percentage. After which, Marana's Avatar will regenerate, and Rifthounds will surround you. Try to focus on Marana's Avatar while dodging attacks until you finally defeat it.

After restoring the vitality under Old Vanarana, play the Rhythm of the Great Dream with your Vintage Lyre for one last time.
In the End, the Forest Will Remember is the Part 4 of the Aranyaka quest chain that starts after defeating the final boss. This chapter is a short denouement of the Aranara quests. You'll also be getting the final Stories of You and the Aranara to get the Sumeru Craftable Weapons.

The Aranyaka quest line contains four parts in total with 40 to 45 World Quests within 9 Quest Chains. We recommend setting aside a lot of time to complete and enjoy this cute story.
Without skipping, attempting to complete the questline in one sitting will take a lot of time, as most of the World Quests involve meticuluous puzzles that span throughout the whole Rainforest region.
Aranyaka is a long series of World Quests in Sumeru, and the largest questline as of Version 3.0, which contains more than half of the World Quests made available in the update. Completing Aranyaka quests also unlocks exploration features like Vintage Lyre songs or Aranara in the wild puzzles.

I enjoy long engrossing quest lines but this takes the piss. it’s not even the time that’s the issue, it’s the reading through the endless garbage language of the Aranara which takes forever.
