The blueprint for the Wind Catcher can only be unlocked by raising your reputation level in Mondstadt. You can raise it by doing quests, Request and Bounties in the Mondstadt area!

How to Use Wind Catcher

Generate an Upward Wind Current on Your Position

The Wind Catcher can be used to generate an upward wind current on your current position. This is handy for traversing high places, grabbing out of reach Anemoculi or Geoculi, and grabbing items inside a wind barrier.

Wind Catcher Cooldown and Limits

Keep in mind that there is a 100 second cooldown after using this item. The Wind Catcher also cannot be used in combat.

A bottle that is able to hold Anemograma and use their energy to generate wind current. This item was designed by Knights of Favonius scholars to help the Knights on their scouting expeditions and travels by affording them the ability to better use the blessings of the Anemo god. In order to take advantage of its wind currents with a wind glider, however, you technically need a gliding license _ this has prevented it from becoming widely used, at least legally anyway.
