Nimble improves Digtoise's speed. This stacks with Swift and Runner, giving Digtoise much needed speed and offense for when it is in combat.

Being a decent Ground Element Attacker, Digtoise will naturally match up favorably against Electric Pals.

Use Digtoise for Mining

Digtoise is best suited for mining, and not combat. With its Drill Crusher Partner Skill, Digtoise will mine ores efficiently. Consider a different Ground Pal for combat, like Anubis or Warsect.

Digtoise's Partner Skill is Drill Crusher. This is amazing since it can demolish ore nodes, but it needs to be your active Pal to do this.

As for its Work Suitabilities, it only has Mining Lv. 3 which is great because it won't get distracted by other unnecessary tasks. Also, even if it has a lower Work Suitability level than Pals with Mining Lv. 4, it can still compete with them due to its incredibly fast attack speed.

Do note that when Digtoise is assigned to a base, it will do less damage to ore nodes compared to when you send it out from your party. If you're planning to AFK at your mining base, it is recommended to send out Digtoise from your party and have other Mining Pals like Digtoise assigned to your base instead.

These four passive are used so that Digtoise minimizes the amount of time it spends taking breaks.

Workaholic and Positive Thinker are used to reduce the rate at which its Sanity drops by -25%, preventing it from taking long breaks and leaving any ore nodes un-mined.

Diet Lover and Dainty Eater slow down the rate at which it gets Hungry by -25%, lowering the number of times it needs to stop working and feed itself.
