Primal Sconces are an exploration mechanic in Great Red Sand, Sumeru found in the Ruins of King Deshret.

They are transit points used to hold Primal Embers, and can sometimes open doors.

Primal Embers are very fragile, so you will sometimes find Primal Sconces along their travel path that can serve as transit points en route to the Primal Torch.
