Poisonous Mushrooms (unofficial name) are a type of Tri-Lakshana Creature found in Sumeru.
In their normal state, when approached, they will release a blast, dealing AoE True Dendro DMG to both players and enemies. While Activated, a poisonous cloud will form around them, dealing AoE True Dendro DoT at 0.5-second intervals to both players and enemies. While Scorched, they will not attack.
