Pneumousia Blocks are an exploration mechanic in Fontaine involving Arkhe.
They are artificially created energy blocks found in the wilderness of Fontaine. They can be classified into Pneuma and Ousia blocks.
After collecting an energy block, the next Normal Attack, Charged Attack or Plunging Attack will release the energy inside it. The energy can also be unleashed while diving underwater.

Energy blocks can be naturally occurring or artificially created, and are separated into Pneuma Blocks and Ousia Blocks. After collecting an energy block, your next Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack will, upon hit, release the energy stored within them.
