As almost everything that Hazard writes. This doesn’t mean is something bad. I really liked this book; I found it cute and endearing. Harry is such a sweet little head; I just wanted to hug him and never let him go. Don’t judge me.
I was in the mood for something cute and from the space. Hazard gave it to me wonderfully. Her writing was great and the plot was ok, nothing stunning. After certain percent, things twisted in the unique and weird way that only Hazard knows how to do.
Harry is an Alien that was sent to earth as a punishment for reading her sister mind. But his parents didn’t know that he was actually thrilled of being on earth so this punishment was more of a gift than anything else.
Harry finds a job in a coffee shop, he adores humans and he tries to imitate them failing miserably. He’s awkward, odd and beams every time someone says his Terran name. There’s no way of not grinning every time Harry opens his mouth because everything he says is completely crazy and bloody clueless.

And of course when he meets Adam he can’t help himself by saying he’s named after the first human and he asks him if he already has his Eve…

But I guess that was all it took for Adam to be curious about this awkward kid, so he keeps coming to the coffee shop and they became friends.

Adam is obviously attracted to Harry but Harry can be considered demisexual, not to mention he’s mentally bonded to someone else and that doesn’t let him feel sexually attracted to anyone (alien stuff) but that doesn’t stop him to always grope, nuzzle and hug the poor Adam. You know that Hazard doesn’t teach her characters the concept of ‘personal space’ but I’m totally ok with that because if I were Harry I’ll always be climbing Adam like a tree.

Overall, the steamy scenes are good and Geez, I laughed a lot with the Alien’s name. It’s like Hazard type a bunch of random words on her keyboard and ta-da!!!!
Da’dfjk’akjc’ja. I guess that would be my Calluvian name.
I don’t have anything else to say because the plot isn’t that complicate it and I risk of making spoilers. This book is obviously not for everyone, I guess you have to be a fan of AH work to enjoy it and if you are not, just go with the flow and don’t question it a lot because this is obviously fiction.
I just wish that Adam and Harry had more couple quality time instead of spending too much time apart.
A great book to escape a little while from reality.

I didn’t want this story to be over. I wanted it to be endless, I absolutely loved it and I’m completely in love with Cam, Brady and Lucy. I even started liking the Faceless!!!!
This story picks up where ‘Dark Space’ left. After being abducted by the faceless, Brady and Cam are back to earth to take care of Lucy, also to try to build a life together and to get over the horrors they went through.
Brady is still a work in progress, his attitude has gotten even worse because he's really unsatisfied with his ‘professional’ life, he feels useless next to Cam and he has a hard time understanding why Cam is with a f*cking reffo from Kopa. But that’s not all. The government still has its claws in Cam and Brady’s live. Pocking and studying them every now and then to make sure they aren’t still sharing a connection between them and the faceless.
They have pretty big issues to overcome in this book to really get to their HEA.
The romance keeps flowing beautifully in this second installment. I was afraid at the beginning because I wasn’t feeling their love connection. I thought that was gone along with their mind connection but thankfully it was still there. I just got overwhelmed by everything that Brady was going through in his head. Saying he got issues is an understatement. Thankfully, he works to overcome those issues and I couldn’t be prouder! His character development was something I really enjoyed in this story. Besides, he needed to fix his fucked up mind because the problems they got themselves into in this book are even worse than in the first book. (Let me say that not all of them are because of Brady, hard to believe, hu?)
I hope there would be a third book because this can’t be the end, can it? I need more. I need the friendships that are developed in this book to be further explored! Besides, I can’t get enough of Brady and Cam!!! They are bloody adorable, hot, endearing, hot, lovely and hot…. Did I say hot? Even if the steam is lower in this book I still think they’re hot and insanely perfect together! Mind connection or not, they are meant to be together.
This is one of those books I’ll give more than 5 stars if I could.

THIS WAS BLOODY AMAZING. Cam and Brady took my breath away. Books with MCs able to read minds are my crack and if it weren’t for Vir, I wouldn’t have found this gem by my own.
3 generations ago, the earth was attacked by aliens –aka. The Faceless- and now they have created space station where men are conscripted so they can fight against the Faceless when they’ll decide to return because they are obviously coming back, aren’t they?
Brady Garret was enlisted when he was 16 and now he has to spend 10 years of service. He’s 19 now and he’s sick of being in the space. After 3 years, he can’t help but hate everything about Defender Three (the space station), he has some good friends (as Doc who is able to see his potential as a doctor) but he doesn’t care, he can’t wait to be back to earth because he can’t stop worrying about his little sister and his Dad. He has a case of really bad attitude, I mean, I get him. He’s a recruit against his will and he’s afraid as hell of the faceless. And if things weren’t bad enough, Cameron Rushon is back.
Cam was kidnapped 4 years ago by The Faceless and out of the blue, he’s back to Defender Three and he’s in a weird alien pot. Brady is called to help to get Cam out of that alien pot but things go wrong in the process and Brady seems himself in a precarious situation where he’s the only one capable of keeping Cam alive by sharing his heartbeat through touch. And as the blurb says, they are connected not only by their heartbeat but also by their thoughts, dreams, and memories.
I loved every single page of this book. Everything was brilliantly built and written, I was sucked into the story from the beginning; I adore MC with a bad attitude! Not to mention that when Cam enters the picture things get even better for me! I just couldn't put it down. It was hot, passionate, the plot was really great (aliens! there's nothing better than aliens!) and it had a sense of doom that added the perfect amount of angst.
Brady and Cam go to my shelf of the 'best-couple'. I'm head over heel with them.
I must add they are very different and that's what made them fit so perfectly. I’d say Cam is pretty lay-back even after everything he went through and Brady is very pessimist, he hasn’t seen the good side of life until he meets Cam and he improves his mood just a little.
Besides, their connection goes through a whole new level. Sharing thoughts, feelings, and memories is a unique way to know and to fall in love with someone. The sexual tension at the beginning was so great, I liked seeing how Brady started to lose himself in Cam, I mean, it’s almost impossible to resist this hot Lieutenant. Not to mention, that having wet dreams about Cam’s ex-boyfriend made a Brady very horny…
I’ll shut up now! If you haven’t read it, what are you waiting for?
