I just can't with all the perfection this author creates. I flat-out loved this book. I savored just like any other and I just want to reread it all over again. I finished just a few days ago and I just can't stop thinking about it and going back to it to read specific scenes.
Hovard can't do anything wrong as far as I'm concerned. This is the angstiest book so far and I just had my heart broken and then pull back together with this story. A second-chance-love with a flawless and unique prose that sucks you in from the first sentences. Feelings are everywhere and I just adored it.
Maybe I should write a proper review in the future but right now I can't think clearly. Ahg, Roe, you always leave me speechless. Hate you and love you so much 😭

It's managed to completely destroy me and reduce me to a barely functioning human being. I'm pretty sure everyone's mad at me for completely ignoring them these past few days. I couldn't put it down. I was up till 2 am reading it. Until my eyes were so tired that I couldn't read the next paragraph.
I can't believe it's finished! I'm in shock with everything that happened. I don't even know if I'm in the best state of mind to write a review. Everything is too fresh and I just want to start weeping of sadness and happiness all at once. Though, I don't think I have more tears on me. This book left me dehydrated.
I can't even think coherently right now. All I can say this was an amazing experience. A such well-written story that touched so many aspects that left me speechless. Kudos to the authors.
It's addictive. As I said, I couldn't put it down. Many times I will wake up at 6 am to keep reading. Yes, that's the only way I can voluntarily wake up at those ungodly hours.
I mean, how cannot I be obsessed if it's full of romance, soul-shattering moments, action, suspense, comedy, hotness and of course, "OMG, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HAPPENED","PLEASE DON'T LET HIM BE DEAD" or "Fucking die already, bitch!" screams? All those factors create a mind-blowing story, impossible not to want to devour it.
I didn't know what to expect with Fade, but the whole series certainly ruined my life. I still can't shake the feeling of terror and heartache I had from the very beginning. This book is +10000 stars for me and I'd undergo all the pain of reading it again because it's totally worthy and who knows if I missed something the first time around?
I'm completely in love with these books and with Boyd, Hsin, Emilio, Zach, Ryan, Kassian, Owen, Harriet, and so on... ;)
(view spoiler)[I just can't believe Boyd lost his eye. My only comfort is to think that a pirate look might work perfectly on him. Still, as I told Vir: Es mejor tuerto, que muerto. ;P (hide spoiler)]...more

I was super excited when I saw that Jude’s book was finally out! Dylan’s story was absolutely brilliant and I knew Mrs. Morton wouldn’t disappoint me with Jude.
Jude, Asa, and Billy made this story so worthwhile. They were real, funny and the chemistry between them was natural. They made me fall in love with each one of them and made me laugh so hard more than once. Boy, oh, boy, I absolutely love Mrs. Morton’s dark and subtle humor.
Seriously, the banter was amazing! That’s one of the reasons I was so hopeless wishing for another of Morton’s book. What I like the most is that this author’s managed to write something angsty and funny without being too much.
This was me whenever Jude or Asa interacted with each other:

but then they got me like:

because their chemistry and love were off the chart.
And billy….

Definitely, Billy is one of the best kids I’ve read till now. He felt like an actual kid to me. This is a sore point for me. I usually hate reading books with kids involved because authors always manage to let me down. They write a kid that isn’t a kid. A kid who’s more mature than the MCs and that doesn’t feel real, at all.
Deal Maker nailed it with the characters personalities. Everything was perfect. Well, almost.
I only have one little niggle and it’s one of the reasons why I can’t give it 5 stars. The end was kind of “rinse and repeat” stuff. Or at least, that’s how I perceived it. It was too damn similar to the first book and that was a bummer for me. It seems that Mrs. Morton’s trademark is to have one of the MCs buy a house in the country for his lover. Uhmm, nope, please. Like Jude said, Gabe it’s certainly establishing a trend.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the epilogue. I almost cry, it was beautiful.
God, I loved this book. This is a witty, heartbreaking and memorable story that I decidedly recommend.
P.S. Whenever the author described Asa I couldn’t help but imagine Jason Momoa. What incredible visuals I had during the sex scene imagining this man.
