I'm not sure, Vall. You should be able to find the list using Goodreads search function. If you can't then it might just be some kind of glitch on the website.
Here is another sweet one not listed on Goodreads
The Seahorse by memphis86
Everything is going fine for Dr. Jensen Ackles, a successful 3rd-year resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Grace's Heart hospital in San Francisco. But when a 22-year-old art student shows up at claiming he's pregnant, Jensen is completely certain he's crazy. After a bunch of tests, a sonogram and a bizarre story about having invoked the wrath of a ram-headed Egyptian fertility god, it turns out that Jared Padalecki isn't joking: he really did get knocked up! And when Jared insists on having an OB-GYN of his own gender, Jensen's long stretch of successfully not falling for one of his patients is finally at an end.

Here is another one that I think is brilliant. It tops Sacred Fate for me. It's another Mpreg with explicit birth details and pretty wicked characters.
Balancing Karma by id_locke
Karma has it in for Moswen. Trouble follows him around like a demented, faithful dog. Moswen never means for things to happen the way they do. It just does. And while things may seem bad at first, everything eventually works out for the best even if the road to getting there is a less than a smooth ride.
While fleeing his sister's wrath for an accident that was almost not his fault, Moswen stumbles upon the chance to crash what promises to be a fun party. Kijika is hopeful that the birthday bash for his grandfather, the current king, won't be the deadly boring event he's sure it will be and he'd much rather be pouring over ancient texts in his quest for knowledge. Moswen's karma swings into action and Moswen and Kijika cross paths at the party setting in motion a relationship that will give both men what they most desire.

Not sure if you could include this book here or not, but the 16th book in the "Brac Pack" series "Montana's Vamp" has one of the main characters as being able to fall pregnant even though he is male... they start trying at the end of the book but it ends abruptly getting reading for the next one so we don't know if they were sucessful
Stephanie Burke - Space Opera [1].
This book fits like a Mpreg, A Futuristic fiction book with a beginning of the evolution of a race through a pregnancy.

All the MPREGs that I've read have the book ending with the couple having the baby. Would love to read more books where they have the baby in the middle of the book and we can experience the couple raising the baby. Or would like to see sequel's that involve raising the baby. Does anyone have any suggestions? I think I've read most every book listed on this site though.

If u read Lynn Hagen's Brac Pack u get to see the couples raising the children. Their stories are background but the great thing about her books are they still get mentioned and even get a little spot light now and then.

By the way. Enchanted Shadows is the sequel to Balancing Karma by I.D. Locke....it also has its own little short story after it called Due Date. They can both be found on the same website as Balancing Karma.

Yes, it is complete. I haven't read it (yet!) so I'm not sure if it has mpreg in it. I do know that the short story Due Date DOES have mgreg and involves the main characters of Enchanted Shadows...

That's a good question. I just recently read all of them I and wondered the same thing haha. But I'm not sure.

Once you search it, go to the listopia tab.

I would like an opinion on the book "The Nourisher (Border Worlds Saga, #1)" by Mark Alders . I read it and after completing it, I found no male pregnancy at all.
A human gives his 'seed' to a giant alien spider, to feed its egg, but he doesn't get impregnated or impregnate anyone/thing.
Does it still count as mpreg?

I'm not really sure if that does...I don't really think it does qualify. Does he give his seed to basically feed the egg? Because if his seed was required in order for the egg to be formed, then it would count as mpreg I think. However, if it is just to nourish the egg similar to say food or water for humans, then no, not mpreg.

I think whoever added that series to this list was thinking of it in terms of the spider being a pregnant male MC even though he's not human. But yeah, I'm not sure whether that should count or not. I guess it could go either way depending on your perspective...

Hi Yuly! That sounds like two books on the list. Is it either one of these?

Hi Vall
I'm confused that you are asking about finding a list for MPREG Romance and your post is ON the Listopia page for MPREG Romance. Were you looking for something more specific?
Cheers,
Merle
