Traveler (Anemo)

• Foreign Ironwind is the Anemo version of Past Memories.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 1, Slitting Wind: "The last hit of a Normal Attack combo unleashes a wind blade, dealing 60% of ATK as Anemo DMG to all opponents in its path."
  • The wind blade created by Slitting Wind is considered Normal Attack damage, and thus can trigger weapon passives such as those belonging to Prototype Rancour and Mistsplitter Reforged.

Note: The Traveler's Normal Attack Talents all use the same animations, regardless of what element the Traveler is aligned with.

• When this skill hits at least one enemy, it generates 2 Elemental Particles if it was pressed and 3.33 if it was held.
  • Only the final hit of this skill generates Elemental Particles.
• The DMG multiplier of the absorbed element is 25% of the Anemo DMG multiplier.
• When the skill button is held, Initial Cutting DMG ticks 2 times (at 0.35s and 0.5s), then it switches to Max Cutting DMG, which ticks 4 more times (at 0.85s, 1s, 1.35s and 1.5s).
• When the skill button is pressed, it will immediately trigger Initial Storm DMG.
• Elemental Absorption can occur from both elements on the target as well as elements afflicting the Traveler.
• Unlike other Talents with Elemental Absorption, Anemo Traveler's absorption priority is Cryo / Frozen > Pyro > Hydro > Electro.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 2, Second Wind: "Palm Vortex kills regenerate 2% HP for 5s. This effect can only occur once every 5s."

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 1, Raging Vortex: "Palm Vortex pulls in opponents and objects within a 5m radius."
• Constellation Level 4, Cherishing Breezes: "Reduces DMG taken while casting Palm Vortex by 10%."
• Constellation Level 5, Vortex Stellaris: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.

• Tornado DMG and Additional Elemental DMG can strike up to 9 times: once every 0.5 seconds from 2 to 6 seconds after activating Gust Surge.
• Unlike other Talents with Elemental Absorption, Anemo Traveler's absorption priority is Cryo > Pyro > Hydro > Electro.
• The tornado will continuously apply a Struggle state to enemies near it whose weight is less than or equal to 100, preventing them from performing any actions and allowing them to be lifted into the air by the Vacuum Field.
  • However, the Struggle state will not be applied to enemies more than 20 levels higher than Traveler.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 3, Sweeping Gust: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 6, Intertwined Winds: "Targets who take DMG from Gust Surge have their Anemo RES decreased by 20%. If an Elemental Absorption occurred, then their RES towards the corresponding Element is also decreased by 20%."
