Wind's Grand Ode

Wind's Grand Ode is Venti's Elemental Burst.

Gameplay Notes[]

• This Elemental Burst drains energy later than most others.^[1]
• This Elemental Burst begins its cooldown later than most others.^[1]
• The Stormeye deals 20× Anemo DMG within 8 seconds.
• Elemental Absorption deals 50% of damage over time as extra Elemental DMG of the absorbed element.
• Elemental Absorption can occur immediately, but it takes ~1 second to come into effect; if this skill is used on a target affected by an element, the 3 first damage ticks will not benefit from the Elemental Absorption.
• This skill does not pull items created by the player, like bombs from Jumpy Dumpty or Guoba.

Displacement Mechanics

• The Vacuum Field produced by this skill has the following properties (see Vacuum Field#Vacuum Data for the applications of these properties):
  • Pulling Radius: 15 m
  • Inner Radius: 0.2 m
  • Strength: 6
  • Attenuation: 0.5
  • Weight Requirement: None
• When an enemy whose weight is less than or equal to 100 is hit by this skill, they will be put into a Struggle state, preventing them from performing any actions and allowing them to be lifted into the air by the Stormeye.
  • However, the Struggle state will not be applied to enemies more than 20 levels higher than Venti.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 2, Stormeye: "Regenerates 15 Energy for Venti after the effects of Wind's Grand Ode end. If an Elemental Absorption occurred, this also restores 15 Energy to all characters of that corresponding element in the party."

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 3, Ode to Thousand Winds: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 6, Storm of Defiance: "Targets who take DMG from Wind's Grand Ode have their Anemo RES decreased by 20%. If an Elemental Absorption occurred, then their RES towards the corresponding Element is also decreased by 20%."

• While wearing his default outfit, Breezy Ode, when Wind's Grand Ode is ready, the green ornament on the back of his shawl will glow along with his Vision.
• When Nobushi were released, Wind's Grand Ode was unable to lift them.
  • In Version 2.1, the weight of Nobushi was decreased, enabling Wind's Grand Ode to lift them when used with Skyward Sonnet.
