This location is the birthplace and homeland of the Pari, who act as the safekeepers and guardians of the Oasis, or the "sea of flowers" as they call it. The Vorukasha Oasis is dominated by the Harvisptokm, a massive tree borne from the divine remnants of Egeria, the original Hydro Archon.

Madinat al-Nuhas was once a Khaenri'ahn weapons testing facility. It is unlocked during the World Quest As the Khvarena's Light Shows: Nirodha in Series Khvarena of Good and Evil.
