The current abyss 12 is known for its diabolical damage sponges that are just simply too inhumane to fight against, especially the first chamber. The first chamber of floor 12 is among the most unfair battles I've witnessed in my entire Genshin career, with the first half having infuriating enemies which run all over the place, whereas the second half having merciless Geo-checks and truly abominable HP.

That said, with the recent blessing that the RNGesus has endowed me in my weapon banner wishing session, I was able to obtain both Homa and the green teapot which has let me clear the obnoxious chamber by the skin of my teeth.

I wasn't joking when I said by the skin of my teeth. I barely defeated the geo golems when the timer was about to switch to 6:59, and it felt like an eternity since Mr. ZhongZhong's stupid pillar was obstructing the newfound-almighty-70k-vaping thrust which Hu Tao was about to give to the titan. At that moment, time felt like it has stopped for me, and fortunately, I was able to pull a quick one by spamming normal attacks in hopes that Xingqiu's blood and tears were able to reach the kneeling golem, and reach they did. Finally at last, I was able to see that sweet 3 stars materialize right before my eyes with probably one or two miliseconds left to spare.

Seriously though, I kinda wish that I had recorded that epic moment...

By the way, it's pretty absurd how I was struggling so bad at the first chamber, yet the latter 2 felt like a complete joke as I had over a minute to spare on them both. What an abyss...

I doubt I'll be getting Hu tao, since I just got xilonen (hit my first 100k w/ her 🎉) and I want to know a good four star dps worth building, or if I'm better off saving for arlecchino or something

Sorry about that, just needed to voice my... frustrations.

So I was doing Abyss, and I was stuck at floor 12 phase 2 for so long.

My team was Hu Tao first half and Childe National in the second half. I didn't have enough energy to have my Xingqiu ult activated, so I had to use my geo traveler's E to get energy particles, but I keep forgetting about that. When I do remember, I just end up dying at the second half thanks to the aggressiveness of the dancers.

After what it feels like an eternity, I finally get past it with 3 stars and I kid you not the timer was at like 07:00:001, and I instantly got a dopamine rush after seeing that 3rd star.

The last phase was no problem at all, got it in my first try

First cube sighting. Corrupted Aether so that he lose power.

You can do this in a glitch to get behind the World Tree. Also forbidden knowledge = corruption!?! Also you can do this in game it did it once. Not the best picture bc of the original caption but you can do this with finesse

And I believe there will be one in Fontaine most likely coming in the next update, but I don’t know maybe in a later version like all of the expansions of Sumeru. And even around the nails, you can see blue cubes. This is probably some form of divine punishment for obtaining knowledge about Celestia.

Notice that every civilization that has fallen has some connection to Khaenriah or the abyss. As seen in the architecture. And in many of these places, there are murals of the primordial one. Also there is always a dragon associated with that.

And also, there is a difference between the first two came, and the second who came. I believe the first who came was the primordial one Phanes, and the second the heavenly principles. Perhaps there was a tampering with the history of the world itself that made everyone think that the heavenly principles is the primordial one, but I do not believe that’s true I believe that the heavenly principles is not of that world I believe that the primordial one was actually good.

Perhaps khanriah was destroyed, because they gained knowledge of the world before…Maybe the archons were controlled by this force.

Since pure blood Khaenry'ans now are imortal and half blood/no blood are turned into creatures, what happened with kaeya's dad, and the proper kaeya, kaeya isnt imortal as far as we know, maybe the ones borned after the cataclysm were forgiven, we actually dont have any information about it and people never talk about it

And then the stars began to fall.

One was banished into the Abyss, where it learned the truth of the world.

Life was an accident.

It was never meant to be.

A 1 in trillions upon trillions of zeros, we were created through pure chance.

Coincidences should be treated as such. Not "divine" acts of mercy.

Because for us in the dark, the light is the reason we suffer.

I skipped two previous abysses because players were saying its hard, how about this one?

I've always played genshin in a language I'm not so fluent in reading so when I switched it to English I kinda just realized...

The Fatui and the Abyss Order are two completely different things.

Please I need to know more lore on both orders so whatever you guys know abt them pls share and correct me if I'm wrong.

I have always failed abyss 11 and 12. Is it even possible with the teams I have? Any help would be much appreciated ;)

Chlothar and Caribert are the names of real historical figures, the son and grandson of Clovis, the first king of what would become France. All of the horrors of The Crusades and Colonialism, can be almost directly traced back to his decision to convert the Franks from Paganism to Catholicism. The Abyss Order wanting to convert Teyvat from many gods(The Seven), to a single deity(The ‘Sinner’), for the ‘betterment’ of society. Possible parallels to The Opium Wars and fall of The Qing Dynasty caused by Christian Neo-Colonialism and Imperialism? The next nation we travel to being based off France?! All of the real historical events coinciding with the unification of Germany?!? and directly leading to WW1?!!! The history nerd in me is very excited about the direction the abyss story line is going.

Notes:

• If possible I would like to use Hu Tao & Yelan on one of the sides

• I don’t mind leveling up any character, so don’t worry too much abt level

• Don’t look at current weapon cause I switch them around often (for example Ayaka usually uses mistplitter but was trying nuke so I switched it on Bennett)

• Please tell me what chambers to use them on as well
