Mondstadt banner has 3 limited mondstadt 5* , 3 standard mondstadt 5*

But Liyue only has 2 standard?

Well for all we know, they may put Tartaglia on it too, since he released during the Liyue part of the story

Mavuika is a certainty of course, all Archons release in the patch the finale of their respective Archon Quest releases, and Citlali should in theory be next, and should be a 5 star to ‘finish’ the Masters of the Night-Wind. I doubt they will leave Act 3 for Nightwind for more than the 1 patch.
