Venti, Zhongli and maybe Cloud Retainer wear 'em cause they're playing at being human.

Everyone knows Nahida and Ei are gods and Neuvy doesn't really care what people think he is.

Edit: Mavuika too. People know she's a sort-of god and she has nothing to hide as well.

Why would they?

Venti and Zhongli only wear fake visions because they want to appear human.

Raiden, Nahida, and Mavuika are all publicly known as Archons so why would they wear fake visions?

Everyone already knows that those four are gods (or something of that level), so wearing a counterfeit vision to fool the public would be pointless

Honestly, based on his "About the Vision" voice-lines, Neuvillette will be against the idea of wearing one even though he appreciates Vision-bearing humans otherwise.

And aside from Venti and Zhongli, the archons have no reason to hide their identities so a vision wouldn't do anything for them...

No because Neuvi does not like the idea of wearing a fake vision, (he was asked to do so many years ago but refused) he even laughed at people like Venti and Zhongli for doing so.
