You automatically obtain and use Marsh Balms to quell the Frenzied Noble Hisuian Lilligant in a boss fight during the Arezu's Predicament Mission.

How to Beat Hisuian Lilligant

Obtained during The Trial of Lake Valor

Pokemon Legends Arceus - Hitting Azelf with Marsh Balms
Marsh Balms reappear during The Trial of Lake Valor Mission. To complete the trial, you need to hit Azelf with a Marsh Balm.

Although Azelf quickly teleports when you try to hit it with Marsh Balms, you must not give up and continue throwing. After choosing the don't give up option three times, you will finally land a balm on Azelf and complete the trial.
