How to Get Draco Plate

Catch Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie

After defeating the Alpha Vespiquen during The Researcher of Myths Mission, talk to Cogita at the Ancient Retreat and choose all five options. One of these will start The Plate of the Lakes Mission.

Travel to Lake Verity in the Obsidian Fieldlands, Lake Valor in the Crimson Mirelands, and Lake Acuity in the Alabaster Icelands and catch Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie to complete the mission and obtain the Draco Plate as a reward.
