At Alabaster Icelands, head to the area east of Bonechill Wastes. You can dig up the Old Verse 20 on the area marked with "Current Location" in the image above.

Use Ursaluna to find the Old Verse 20 and press the Y Button once an exclamation point (!) appears above the Pokemon's head. You may need to dig the spot two times in case a different item appears instead of the Old Verse 20.
