The Casteliacone (Japanese: ヒウンアイス, Hepburn: Hiun Ice Cream) is a medicinal item introduced in Generation V. It is the local specialty of Castelia City.
Effect[]
Using a Casteliacone on a Pokémon heals all of its Status Effects, namely Poison, Burn, Paralysis, Freeze and Sleep, as well as Confusion.
In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the Casteliacone is one of the items a nicknamed Regice should hold in order to encounter Regigigas in Island Cave.
