Mimi Tomo is an event during Version 1.5 in Genshin Impact. During this event, players will have to track down an Unusual Hilichurl. The players will get some help from Hilichurlian expert Ella Musk and her Handy Handbook of Hilichurlian to communicate with other hilichurls to find whereabouts on the Unusual Hilichurl. Complete the investigation of the "Unusual Hilichurl" to obtain rewards such as Liyue-style Furnishing Blueprints, Primogems, Hero's Wit, and Mora.

If you want to catch the "Unusual Hilichurl," you may find that the best strategy is to ingratiate yourself with some hilichurls and enlist their help...

Summary[]

• During the event, there are seven Sighting Locations to investigate. Once the event begins, one investigation location will be unlocked each day.
• With assistance from Hilichurlian expert Ella Musk, the Traveler is tasked with finding hilichurls that are open to communication and asking them for more information on the whereabouts of the Unusual Hilichurl.
• The commissions can be either giving an item, or killing enemies.
• After completing requests for hilichurls, they will inform you of the time period during which the Unusual Hilichurl will be active, and also indicate the approximate location. Track down and defeat the Unusual Hilichurl at these times to obtain rewards.
• During the event, after a Traveler accepts the investigation quest in Co-Op Mode, only the host can carry out the quest and receive quest-related rewards, including the Adventure EXP from the Unusual Hilichurl.
• After the event gameplay period ends, Travelers who have completed the "Mimi Tomo" quest can accept "The Lost Hilichurl" quest at Katheryne's location in Mondstadt. Complete the quest to claim the corresponding rewards.
• Defeating the Unusual Hilichurl during the event does count towards the "...Well, That Was Strange" Achievement.

Tutorial[]

	Go with Ella to look for hilichurls who are willing to talk, attempt to understand their requests, and complete their commissions.
	After completing the hilichurls' commissions, they will reveal clues as to the time when the Unusual Hilichurl will appear, and they will help the Traveler mark out locations where the Unusual Hilichurl may appear.
	Reach the designated locations at the correct time to find and repel the Unusual Hilichurl and claim your rewards.

If you don't understand any phrases or sentences while communicating with the hilichurls, simply check the Handy Handbook of Hilichurlian kindly provided by Ella Musk (you can check the handbook in Inventory > Quest or on the event page).

Sighting Locations[]

There are seven Sighting Locations in this event, and only after completing the investigation for the previous Sighting Location can you unlock the quest at the next location.

• While doing the Mutual Exchange and Hilichurl Justice quests, you may find other hilichurls laying around that may try to attack upon approach.
• While fighting the Unusual Hilichurl, it will spawn waves of reinforcements when its health drops under 90% and 50%. The second wave of reinforcements will spawn even if the first wave has not been defeated yet. Reinforcements do not drop items, Mora, or experience. Defeating the Unusual Hilichurl will immediately despawn all reinforcements.
  • De-aggroing the Unusual Hilichurl will cause it to reset to full health and allow it to spawn reinforcements again.

Battle Pass Missions[]

This event added additional "This BP Period" Battle Pass missions to the Realm of Diversion Battle Pass. The Battle Pass EXP (BP EXP) obtained from these missions do not count towards the weekly experience limit of 10,000 BP EXP.
