Vitaly[]

Named "Too Long a Pencil Pusher," Vitaly appears on Jinren Island during the World Quest The Farmer's Treasure alongside a group of other Fatui soldiers and must be defeated before Saimon Jirou can be rescued.

Corporal Mashkov[]

Titled "Bloated From Hunger," Corporal Mashkov is encountered during the World Quest A Company Vanishing Into the Deep. He attacks Anton's group alongside two of his men for the supplies the Traveler gave them. The Traveler drives them away. When fighting him, he and his men all lose a small portion of their HP due to hunger.
