So I have decided that we should petition Takuya to be a playable character in the game itself. After seeing @Strawberry.phosphenes 's fanart of him as a playable Anemo character, I couldn't help but bring myself to spread this art so that Hoyoverse can eventually add him to the game as a 4-star.
We can't all just stand there and ignore this guy, we gotta spread the word like I just said. Seize the day!

Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to heal all party members except for Takuya by 5% of his own HP
Plunge Attack
Gathering the might of Hydro, Takuya plunges towards the ground from mid-air. Upon landing, he increases all party member's ATK by 2% of his own ATK.
None of the above attacks deal damage.
Elemental Skill: Patience
Summons a miniature oni that moves with the active character, attacking enemies. Each enemies attacked grans 3 energy particles. Each hit also increases all party member's except for Takuya CRIT Rate by 2% of his own CRIT Rate.
Elemental Burst: Last Ditch Effort
Takuya envelopes himself in Hydro before unleashing it making a shockwave that traps enemies in a bubble that continuously drains their HP and heals your active character.
