Ganyu

I've never known how to shade, so the horns were really where I tried to practice, it took a good 45 minutes to do both, plus learning how to shade them. I've been drawing anime for years, starting with My Hero Academia, branching to Dragon Ball, and random One Piece and Fairy Tale ones, so here's my Genshin contribution. I might color it, but honestly, it looks kinda good, and my past experience is that when I color them, they don't look as good. I've also never done digital art before, I've always just done little sketchbook drawings and ones on binder paper, so this was a workout.

Anyway, if you guys have a character I should try to do, I can do requests...maybe.

For my digital Ganyu picture, I'm trying to figure out her horns, is this what they look like? I'm new to digital art, I used to draw everything in sketch books, now I'm using an app called Sketchbook, so...yeah.

I don't have Ganyu on my account, but I think she's pretty, so I'm trying to do something with her on my new computer. I'll post my progress as I make some, but here's what I have so far

Judge: Today we are here to make Miss Ganyu of Liyue stand trial for the crimes, of assault, Intimidation, misuse of authority, and unruly Conduct, directed toward, mister Cryo Gunner, of Snezhnaya. Prosecution make your Opening statement.

Ekaterina: Thank you, to say the least, my Innocent comrade was viscously assaulted by the defendant in Liyue field, for absolutely no reason. Not only did it cause chaos in the area, but the Defendant blatantly tried to use her reputation to scare away attempts at pressing charges.

Traveler: These charges against my Client are fallacious and incorrect, and I deny all charges.

Also, the defendant does not plead guilty.

Judge: Then We will proceed, Prosecution present your evidence.

Ekaterina: I’ll start with my first witness, the Victim himself.

The Fatui Skirmisher takes the Stand.

Cryo Gunner: I’ll recount the entire day, I had gotten up early since I had the morning off, and headed to Qingce Village To pick berries since I rarely get mornings off and I heard the Area had good berries. And when I got there that's when it happened, The Defendant Suddenly beat me down from nowhere and started to interrogate me like a criminal! And then after she threatened me by saying I could do nothing because courts would never side with a Fatuus over her! After that, She left like nothing happened!

Ekaterina: We also have several Villagers who can Confirm this, Including Granny Ruoxin, Ms. Bai, Uncle Ghast, and Several others. To Commit these crimes in broad daylight is heinous!

Traveler: We have legal grounds for the Attack however, Ganyu Felt that the attack was needed for the safety of the area as the Victim is a member of a highly dangerous foreign organization!

Ekaterina:

Traveler: Well, in the end, we had the Legal grounds and Authority to Justify our actions, so there is no grounds for illegality.

The Back and forth of evidence goes on and on until both sides rest.

Traveler: In the end, my client Defendant Ganyu, Is not in the Wrong due to having reasonable cause and necessary authority and force. Further, no lasting harm or issue arose.

Ekaterina: The Defense has used nothing but Assumptions and Fallacious arguments, to defend themselves and are clearly guilty with absolutely no real defense!

Yes there is a clear bias but honestly even with out it what can you do to defend ganyu?(Event from her quest)

Why rerun chiori and hutao at THIS time

(Dgmw, cool for people wanting to get them and waiting for their reruns. Nice.but hutao rerun in 4.1. Wriothesley released in 4.1. Yet she's got a rerun before the character who should logically rerun sooner?)

Like, ganyu, xianyun,shenhe, and wriothesley need reruns. And not to mention eula, albedo, and klee who have had a regular banner for a extremely long time.

With eula, albedo, and klee, at least they got chronicle banner treatment.

Ganyu and shenhe (characters who need reruns the MOST) have

Literally been completely forgotten. Iirc. Ganyu for examples last banner was 3.6

We are in 5.0. It will be soon 2 entire regions since her last rerun. Excluding next patch, unless they rerun her either 5.2/3/4/5, it will truly have been 2 entire regions since last rerun

Similar story for shenhe(who doesn't have enough reruns to be allowed on chronicle.)

New characters typically get reruns faster. Yet wriothesleys gone now a entire region without a rerun. And xianyun isn't for behind.

Obviously, this situation has happened before (hutao, eula, albedo, etc)

But it feels strange that its this many characters at ONCE.

Which imo, feels like we are heading to the point where we borderline NEED triple banners.

OFFICE LADY GANYU WITH MODEST CLOTHING

BUFF SHENHE

YELAN IN CLOTHES THAT MAKE SENSE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

First three candidates are the Chinese bodysuit gang, Ganyu, Shenhe and Yelan. I want to give them clothes that enable them to use the restroom properly (yes, this will be the term I will use to describe characters who have bodysuits with no zippers or buttons)

These will be just small doodles, and will only include flat colors and minimal shading.

Ideas:

For Ganyu, I want to make a more modest outfit to fit her office dresscode. I turned her dress into a separate corset and a dress, as well as melt the sleeves on the OG outfit and the new dress together. I also wanted to give her more goat-like features, so she got goat pupils and goat hoovers. The bottom part of her bodysuit got transformed into a pair of leggings, with red ends on her calves. Also gave her dark circles under her eyes.

For Shenhe, what is for sure is that I will give her a much more muscular buld because 1. She’s a hermit 2. She lifted a massive rock with one arm 3. Even if she lived on adeptus diet, she trained since her childhood.

I might consider make her less taller. Since she trained ever since she was a child, the muscles became sticky and couldn’t expand, preventing her from growing too tall. (This is why acrobates are short). Anyways, looking back from this random biology fact, lets get back to her outfit. I was thinking about giving her those wandering priest-typa platforms, and separate her outfit into a pair of pants that show her hip-dips and a body (with press-studs on its lower part) that is black-transparent, and a white shirt which also covers her arms and bottoms. Her hairpiece and strings won’t change.

And lastbut not least, Yelan. My very first thought was hip-pants, high boots, a transparent body that exposes her cleavage, and a blue top. However, I might change the top into a body, and the black part into basic lingerie.

Next ones will be Kokomi, Yae and Raiden.
