Lookout Koco^[1] (監視ココ^[2], Kanshi Koko^?, lit. "Watcher Koko") are creatures that appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are a type of Koco that inhabit the Starfall Islands.

Anatomy[]

The Lookout Koco are small, steel-like creatures that resemble regular Koco. They can easily be distinguished by their metal appearance, big white eyes, and purple glowing motifs, with a propeller on their head that resembles a tower.

The Lookout Koco serve as keys to the Trial Towers.

Overview[]

The Lookout Koco are a type of Koco in Sonic Frontiers, added in The Final Horizon update. They can be found throughout Ouranos Island. Unlike their regular counterpart, the Lookout Koco are hidden.

In Open-Zone areas, they can be found by performing a Cyloop around a sign. Upon revealing a sign will reward the player one Lookout Koco. In Cyber Space stages, they take a similar role as the Vault Keys. If the player completes one mission, it will reward the player one Lookout Koco. If the player completes all missions, it will reward the player with three bonus Lookout Koco.

The Lookout Koco are used to be able to unseal the Trial Towers. Each tower requires the player to collect a certain amount of them.
