Trivia[]

Etymology[]

  • The English name for this item derives "Vayuda" from Vayu, a primary Hindu deity who is the lord of winds.
  • In the Chinese version, Vayuda is instead called 自在 zìzai, "free, unrestrained," which is possibly also a reference to the Chinese name for the concept of Ishvara in Buddhism and Hinduism.
